Eggs & Salsa Catering is a family-owned and operated business proudly serving Fort Wayne since 2009. Our roots trace back to the heart of Michoacán, Mexico, where time-honored recipes and soulful cooking inspired our journey.
 

Founded in 2009 by Anabel Martinez, a passionate cook and proud mother of nine. What began as a small restaurant became the heart of her family’s future. With grit, love, and flavor, Anabel built a loyal following, one delicious dish at a time.

Years later, in 2015, her oldest son and daughter-in-law partnered with her, turning that family dream into a full-scale catering experience. Together, as three generations working side by side, our family is committed to delivering unforgettable meals and warm, personalized service for every event we touch.


Over the years, we’ve blended those traditional flavors with modern American tastes to create a menu that’s both nostalgic and exciting, truly the best of both worlds. But we don’t just deliver food, we deliver an experience.
