Custom Refund Terms
We value your trust and aim to provide outstanding service. Due to the nature of food preparation and the costs involved in planning, we’ve outlined the following refund policy:

Cancellations & Refunds

72+ Hours Notice (Before Event/Delivery):
Full refund of your payment, minus any incurred processing fees. -
48–72 Hours Notice:
50% refund of your payment. -
Less Than 48 Hours Notice:
No refunds will be issued, as ingredients are already ordered and preparation has begun.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available:

After food has been prepared or delivered

For dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences

For orders with incorrect details provided by the customer

For delays caused by incorrect address, weather, or other uncontrollable factors

Modifications to Orders
We allow changes up to 72 hours before your scheduled event/delivery. After that, changes may not be guaranteed.
